Subscription pricing
Annual subscription pricing is available and based on the number of physicians on your roster, as well as the number of Initial Profiles needed. If your current spend is $900 or more per year, request a quote.

Special pricing for free and charitable clinics
All profiles (Initial Physician, Reappointment Physician, and Physician Assistant) are priced at $18 per profile for free and charitable clinics. CM Service is priced at $3 per physician profile. Validation of a clinic’s status as a free or charitable clinic will be conducted by AMA to ensure eligibility.
Tax-exempt status
If your organization has a tax-exempt status, a copy of the certificate must be faxed to the AMA at (312) 464-5900. The exemption number should also be entered with each order placed.

The following credit cards are accepted on AMA Profiles Hub:

- Visa
- Mastercard
Those customers wishing to pay a subscription invoice by credit card may do so by calling (800) 665-2882, Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm (central time). Credit card payment is accepted for subscription invoices (purchases plus applicable taxes) totaling $23,000 or less. Totals greater than $23,000 must be paid by ACH or wire transfer.
